Wow, new home, first post

danokeI can't believe how long it's been since I've even revisited my good ole ElJay. But with recent events, I have finally decided to make the jump and back up these 20 (WHAT?!?!) years of memories onto a new site. Too much happened in those early days of Internet Life for me that I can't run the risk of it disappearing into the ether.
What has been going on in my life since 2014? Well, basically...life. I now have a 16yr old and a 12yr old, said goodbye to three dogs and have a crazy puppy now. Chris and I are still together and we still live in the same house that seems to be crumbling around us at times. Serves us right for moving into a 100yo house.
Maybe I can keep up with this a bit more because I truly miss having a place to just ramble and not even expect anyone to read it.
